Abstract

Rationale: In contemporary scientific research, the abundance of software, technology and AI poses opportunities for professionals in healthcare communication, especially for those early in their career. Navigating through various solutions, harnessing the power of rapidly evolving technology, has become crucial for optimizing productivity and enhancing the quality of scientific output. However, despite the development of these new tools, many early career professionals face challenges in managing projects, staying up to date with current literature and writing struggles, potentially suggesting a lack of awareness, knowledge and confidence in using these tools. In this workshop, we will explore the strategic integration of several technological tools into early career professionals’ workflows, ensuring optimal support for daily academic tasks and effective navigation through these challenges.
