Abstract

(Molecular Cell 68, 130–143.e1–e5; October 5, 2017) In Figure S1A of the original published version of this article, data from free MNase under control of the Med8 promoter (at 5 and 20 min) was inadvertently shown instead of free MNase under the Spt3 promoter. A corrected Figure S1A showing the P Spt3 -MNase data at 15 min of MNase digestion has been made available online. A corrected legend for this figure has also been included (and can be seen below). This error does not change any of the conclusions of the article, as the two control MNase datasets (P Spt3 -MNase and P Med8 -MNase; GEO: GSE97379, GSE81289) show extremely similar profiles with very low background DNA cleavage signals throughout the genome. The authors apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
