Project Details
Description
Project Purpose:
Design and engineer a versatile oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN) module assembly tuned for neonatal Fc
receptor (FcRn)-driven antigen uptake, lymph node (LN) accumulation and potent antigen-specific
immune responses.
Project Significance/Impact:
Introduce a novel platform technology overcoming poor potency of present antigen-based therapies
that can be applied for treatment of a broad range of diseases that is beneficial to the patient,
healthcare system and society.
