Miguel studied his bachelor in biology in Oviedo (Spain) where he graduated in 2020. After that he moved to Denmark to study a MSc in Environmental & Molecular Biology at the Roskilde University. Since February 2023 he conducts his PhD reseacrh within the NUTH team at LIH with a focus on nutrigenomics and biomarkers of food intake
